Upon check in we were treated warmly by Meo. She showed us around the facilities and the view in the balcony was absolutely breath-taking. She also arranged for us to have a BBQ dinner on the 3rd evening. Akihiro helped serve the dinner and set up the BBQ for us. We absolutely loved it!

It was my first overseas trip with a baby. We had a truly amazing experience here. All the staff were really kind and actively responded. I am very, very satisfied, and not only the lodging, but also the image of the country called Japan has improved. 3泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さんとても親切で、滞在前から丁寧に質問に答えていただいてありがとうございました。 周りにコンビニ等がないため、必要なものなあらかじめ色々と買い込んでおく方がいいです。 スパークリングワインや赤白ワインもルームサービスで注文でき、氷やグラスも用意があるのは助かりました。 子供用椅子もご用意いただき、子供用のアメニティもとても助かりました。 朝食も部屋まで運んでいただいて、部屋でくつろぎながら海を見て食べられたのは幸せな時間です。 また連泊したいと思います。

結論から言うと今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番最高で2人で感動の嵐でした！！ 彼の誕生日旅行も兼ねて数ヶ月前から沢山色んなサイトを見て比較し口コミや立地やヴィラという点でこちらに決めました。 チェックインでは美人で笑顔が可愛すぎる優しいお姉さんが丁寧に接客してくれて美味しすぎるウィルカムドリンクも数種類から選べました。 夕ご飯が決まってないというお話になった時には私達の条件に合いそうな所をいくつもピックアップして下さり、提案して頂いたレストランに決めて予約して下さいました。 彼の誕生日も兼ねてると言う事を予約して下さったお店に伝えて下さっててサプライズバースデープレートデザートを出して頂き感動。 そしてこのL.lotaさんがめちゃくちゃ美味しすぎて次の日朝食付きにして大正解だと確信。 言うまでもなく部屋のテラス席で頂く朝食は最高すぎて、ここでもサプライズプレートで更に感動！ オーシャンビューでプールもコインランドリーもありトランプやUNO、Netflix等の貸し出しもあり労りつくせりの最高のホテルでそのあとの旅行も楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。 本当に接客サービス、全てが最高だったので沖縄でホテル迷われてる人はみんなここに行った方がいいです！
