Good location. Walking distance to the Tower of London d London Bridge. Heated towel rack, laundry and full kitchen made the stay very comfortable. Good restaurants and food markets within walking distance, very close. Would absolutely stay here again.

All the food I had in the refrigerator spoiled because it didn’t work. I had to get a new key 1-3 times a day. The stove didn’t work right. Shower temp was un controllable. A/C didn’t work well. I went to another hotel down the street. Worth the few dollars more a night.

I just want to say that the workers here are amazing people they always make my stay here so welcoming and very kind. Eric is really good worker here, he’s very kind and and makes sure that I’m enjoying my stay here. He is amazing! And there is a couple other workers I wish I can give a shout out to but unfortunately I don’t know there name but it’s two other women lady’s that I wanted to give a shout out to. This is a perfectly acceptable, cheap spot right off of highway 101. Close to wine country and close to San Fran. The kitchenette would be great if you were staying for a few days.

Don’t stay here!

1) receptionist was rude - failed to even acknowledge me when I entered, just said, “Lemme see your ID.” 2) room was filthy 3) didn’t bother to let me know that I had to ask for dishes, pans, cutlery, etc. I had to get to the room to find out. 4) phone did not work to call front desk. 5) no breakfast - no coffee.
